Peach Caprese Salad
Is there anything better than a fresh juicy peach in the summer?! I've seriously been counting down the days until I could make this Peach Caprese Salad y'all! When I saw peaches in the grocery store last week, I knew this had to be my next recipe on the blog. :)
As you may know, a traditional Caprese salad is made with tomatoes. While it is equally as good, I love this fresh twist with peaches in the summer! The sweetness of the peaches and honey contrasted with the balsamic vinegar, coarse salt, pepper, and mozzarella is absolute PERFECTION!
I also love that this can be thrown together in 10 minutes or less! Not to mention, the colors in this dish are BEAUTIFUL making it an absolute showstopper. Bon Appetit y'all!
